Emily's Christmas Program

Emily had her Christmas program at school tonight. It was about the commercialism of Christmas. She had a speaking part.

Christmas Tree Hunt

We went last weekend and picked out a tree at the Merry Christmas Tree Farm that we go to every year. We rode on a hayride out to the trees. When we found the one that we wanted, Andy and I cut it down. We went home and attended the city's Christmas parade. Later that night, we got out the ornaments and decorated the tree.

SNOW!!

We woke up to snow this morning. So far, we have gotten a couple of inches and it's still coming down. I was surprised that school was still open. The girls were disappointed. It's supposed to get up to 40 degrees today so it won't be staying, but it was nice to see.
