Senior Citizen's Parade

Last week, Eliana, Sarah, and I joined some friends for a parade at a Senior Citizen's Recreation Center. All of the kids dressed up in their costumes and passed out candy to the older generation. All of the people there loved seeing the kids and Eliana learned a little about giving. Sarah wasn't old enough to know the significance, but she laughed when everyone oohed and ahhed over her.

    What an awesome idea! Was it a scheduled parade or did you all just show up? I so want to that with the boys - wonder if I could put it together real quick.!?

    One of our friends called the center and asked if we could come by. I'll bet you could put one together fairly quickly! I know, it's great when the kids get to do something for other people.
