Andy - We are thinking about going to the Grand Canyon this summer.
Emily - Will we get to go down into it?
Andy - Maybe, we'll have to see.
Eliana - Will we get to be shot out of it?

Even if it was a cannon, "getting" to be shot out of it would not be on my things to do list.
